The park has come a long way. People are actually using the fields now. There are always people walking the track alone or with their strollers. I haven't seen anything alarming here in quite some time. People are very respectful to others from what I see.

Idk about now but I did experience ppl doing drugs there once. There's no bathrooms. Its next to a community center so there's plenty of parking. There is basketball court and next to softball field. There was soccer games there also.

Field was a little run down and the bathrooms were not open. Drove over from Spokane. Do better parks dept of Tacoma.

Went to walk after work, it was dusk. Felt safe even though in questionable neighborhood. Couple walking dog. Asian center seemed to be having an evening program for kids. Nice playground, covered area, picnic area. May get shadier as night gets later but will definitely return for my after work walk at dusk. Tennis court, basketball, huge field. Dog friendly, picnic area

there is baseballn foot ball feild, basketball n tennis courts. there is also play ground with knee-high pool, which is FREE! only during summer, metro parks distribute FREE LUNCH for kids up to 18yo. the pool, it seems like for small kids since the depth is knee-high n shallow. but bunch of big kids occupy the space n play foot ball n not safe for small kids.
